Refund Policy

2. Replacement, Refunds & Order Modifications

All sales are final and products are non-returnable.

No refund or replacement shall be issued for defect-free products based on look, feel, minor differences in shades, colours, or materials.

Replacement Eligibility

We offer free replacement within 14 days of product delivery only in case of manufacturing defects or damage.

Issues must be reported with:

Products must be:

  • Unused
  • In the same condition as received
  • In original packaging with all items included
  • Accompanied by the purchase receipt/proof

After verifying the claim, we will arrange return pickup and initiate a replacement.

If no defect is found upon inspection, two-way courier charges will be borne by the customer for the replacement dispatch.

Special Conditions

  • Clearance, End-of-Year Sale, and Display Items are final sales — not eligible for return, replacement, or cancellation.
  • Orders purchased at a discount are non-refundable for the discounted amount.
  • Vouchers are single-use, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
  • Additional discounts cannot be applied to Sale items.

3. Payment Terms

All prices are in INR (Indian Rupees) and inclusive of taxes.

5. Order Confirmation & Acceptance

An order confirmation email does not signify acceptance of your order.

We reserve the right to cancel or decline any order at our discretion.

Full payment is required to initiate the dispatch of your order.

6. Delivery

Once dispatched, we are not liable for courier delays caused by third-party shipping services.

Delivery timelines may vary based on location and external conditions.

7. Product Accuracy

We strive to ensure accuracy in all product descriptions and listings.

Since many of our products are handcrafted or made from natural materials, minor variations may occur.

Colours may slightly vary due to screen resolution differences.

Our team continuously works to maintain the highest accuracy on our website and catalogue.

8. Promotional Vouchers

All vouchers are subject to specific terms and conditions.

They are:

  • Non-combinable with other offers or discounts
  • Non-redeemable for cash or interest

Vouchers apply to the entire invoice and not partial orders.

You will receive store credit equivalent to the difference in price.
