Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on all orders within India. For international shipments, shipping costs vary depending on the product, delivery method, and destination. Please email us at enquiry@bambee.in with your product details, delivery address, and zip code for an accurate quote.

Processing Time

After your payment is verified, it may take up to 24 hours to process and ship your order (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 11 AM will be processed the following business day.

Domestic Shipping

We ship our products to most locations within India. Shipping times will vary depending on whether the item is in stock or made-to-order. For stock items, the expected shipping date will be provided on the product page.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping, with all associated charges and risks to be borne by the buyer. Please note that we cannot redirect orders once they have been dispatched. The tracking details and carrier information will be provided in your shipment confirmation email.

Shipping Time

Shipping times vary depending on the product's availability:

In-stock items will be shipped promptly within 24 hours.
Made-to-order or customized items may take up to 90 days to ship. The expected shipping date for each product is available on the product page.

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number and delivery details via email.

Doorstep Service Delivery

For residences/offices on the ground floor, products will be delivered to the doorstep.
For multi-level buildings, products will be placed in a secure lobby area after informing the security desk.
Please note that arranging manpower to carry furniture inside the premises is the customer’s responsibility.
Assembly instructions, if applicable, will be included with the product.
We recommend measuring your space before placing an order to ensure size adaptability.
AVVDIA Bambee Living or our logistics partner cannot be held responsible if the furniture does not fit into your home.
